Iowa Engineered Processes Co. is a privately owned business located in Independence, Iowa, For the past 30 years, IEP has been building and refining the Cascade Deburring and Cleaning System. The Cascade System is a patented process for the cleaning, polishing and deburring of metal castings.

Iowa Engineered Processes Corporation provides structural and miscellaneous steel requirements for the commercial, retail, institutional and industrial markets working with some of the construction industry’s best general contractors. IEPC offers complete project management for material procurement, engineering connection design, detail drawing preparation, fit up and welding, surface preparation, and shipment of structural and miscellaneous steel.

Structural steel in the US is fabricated and erected according to AISC guidelines.  We have a great deal of experience in meeting those guidelines, and are obsessed with meeting them, to the letter.  What further sets us apart is our dedication to goals exceeding those standards.
