In 2013, brothers William Henson III and Andrew Henson co-founded RPH; a commercial development company based upon their core values of integrity, commitment and vision.
William is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and California State University, Fresno, to which he received his Master of Business Administration and holds Energy Certifications from Stanford University. William worked in Hong Kong partnering with global real estate firms developing large-scale multifamily high rises.
Andrew is also an alumnus of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, to which he focused in finance and real estate in addition to holding his Arkansas real estate license. The Henson brothers are members of the Kappa Sigma fraternity and proud donors to the University of Arkansas and Razorback Foundation.
One of many important goals at RPH is to apply, “Luxury made easy” principals to all developments targeting the Millennial generation. RPH believes students and business professionals should be provided accessibility to a variety of property amenities leading to an improved resident experience that lives up to an urban city lifestyle.
RPH uses LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards on new and past construction providing the highest build quality and energy efficiency possible. Building and fitting LEED standards is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life cycle: design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition. Tenant Satisfaction – built on a foundation of vision, experience, education and responsiveness – is the cornerstone of RPH’s success. RPH believes great things will be accomplished when vision and driven individuals come together and treat real estate as a profession.
